Professor Victoria Baines FBCS, IT Livery Company Professor of Information Technology, Gresham College
Professor Victoria Baines FBCS is a leading authority in the field of online trust, safety and cybersecurity. She frequently contributes to major broadcast media outlets on digital ethics, cybercrime and the misuse of emerging technologies, including Extended Reality and Artificial Intelligence. Her areas of research include electronic surveillance, cybercrime futures, and the politics of security. Victoria has published on cyberspace governance, online surveillance, the future of cybercrime, and the politics of security. Drawing on her Classical education, her book Rhetoric of Insecurity (Routledge, 2021) sheds light on 2000 years of security speak and is a toolkit for understanding why security issues always seem to be so novel, urgent and divisive. She also provides research expertise to a number of international organisations, including Interpol, UNICEF and the Council of Europe. For several years Victoria was Facebook’s Trust & Safety Manager for Europe, Middle East and Africa. Her work focused on operational support to law enforcement, and strategic engagement with policy makers on criminal activity online. Before joining Facebook, Victoria led the Strategy team at Europol’s European Cybercrime Centre (EC3), where she was responsible for the EU’s cyber threat analysis.

Stephan Khan, Chief Business Information Security Officer, Cognizant
Stephen is an experienced CISO and senior leader, corporate executive, and board advisor with over 20+ years of cross sector experience proving strategic leadership and successful cyber and risk outcomes in demanding global environments including Financial Services, Pharmaceuticals, and Healthcare (HSBC, RBS, GSK, SIEMENS). He sets strategic vision, leadership, and applies technology and cyber expertise for effective cyber risk management and digital business enablement to meet strategic business outcomes translating technology into business language. Stephen is on the board of White Hat Events which runs information security charity events including White Hat Ball; and White Hat Rally to support NSPCC ChildLine & Barnardo’s. Stephen contributes to the wider Cyber Security community via industry forms, coaching and mentoring future leaders; and executive engagements with his peers across multiple sectors.

Susana Vas Aldea, Field Marketing Director EMEA, Proofpoint
Susana leads a team of talented and passionate marketers who deliver innovative and successful campaigns across the region. With over 20 years of marketing experience, she has developed a strong expertise in demand generation, inbound and outbound digital marketing, social media, account based marketing, lead nurturing, pan-EMEA campaign development, localisation and execution, pan-EMEA tradeshows, customer marketing programs, Marketo marketing automation platform, Cloudwords and budget management. Susana has been recognised with the CMO Marketing Pace Setter Award for her performance and results. She is driven by the vision of creating a more secure and resilient digital world.

Enrico brings sales, fundraising and strategy experience to the table as the former Chief Commercial Officer of a successful alt-data start up, and previously having led data strategy for a large investor.
