CISO 360 Unplugged, San Francisco, 23rd March 2026

Pulse Unplugged | San Francisco | Fireside Lunch: CISO x CMO x CEO 360 is designed to bridge cyber worlds that depend on each other, yet often struggle to align – and rarely engage together on stage!  Join this candid conversation to explore how security and marketing leaders can collaborate more effectively to build credibility, trust, and impact.

Join to help share the future CISO-CMO-CEO triangle that balances innovation and resilience. Close the gap between credibility and market narrative and strengthen CISO buyer-Cyber CMO vendor understanding. AI is no longer just a security tool or a marketing accelerator, it is a trust amplifier or a trust destroyer. As AI and social media platforms increasingly shape the public face of our organisations, who ultimately owns the trust risk?

We aim to bridge gaps in ownership, pace and AI governance.

  • Security→ CISO operational realities. CISOs assume “this sits in marketing’s stack.”
  • Story → Cyber CMO market execution and brand pressures. Marketers assume “security is handling it.”
  • Strategy → CEO / Founder strategic vision. Board assumes “someone owns AI governance.”

Bringing these perspectives together on stage encourages sharper positioning, better products, stronger trust, and ultimately a more mature cybersecurity ecosystem.

  • How can CISOs and CMOs better communicate value to build credible narratives that resonate with boards, customers, and the market?
  • How can CISOs and CMOs align when AI tools and social media platforms are embedded in marketing, customer engagement and product development? How can CMO velocity align with CISO guardrails?
  • Where should governance sit? How can organisations move quickly without compromising security, privacy or credibility?
  • What has fundamentally changed in how trust is built, tested, and communicated?
  • How can Cyber CMOs truly stand out in a crowded marketplace?
  • How can CMOs and CISOs work together to build lasting trust in cybersecurity brands?

Questions to CISOs

  1. What builds or destroys your trust in a cyber vendor?
  2. Where is the biggest disconnect between vendor messaging and your reality?
  3. How do you get and keep the attention of today’s CISO?
  4. What can CISOs learn from CMOs about AI and communication?
  5. What do CISOs actually want to say to the marketing community?

Questions to Cyber CMOs

  1. What builds trust with CISOs today – proof, posture, partnerships?
  2. How should we talk about AI without creating fear or fatigue?
  3. What does meaningful CISO engagement look like beyond pipeline metrics?
  4. Does AI “belong” with the CISO, the CMO – or both?

Questions to Founders / CEOs

  • How do we align product truth, security posture, and brand promise?
  • What does commercial trust look like in an agentic, AI-driven security world?
  • Who owns AI risk inside our organisation?
  • How do we balance innovation velocity with resilience

“I’ve been to a LOT of RSA events in my time & Cyber Fangs is up there in my favourites.  Standing room only, great food, great discussion & super sharp remarks from Caleb & Gary that were on point for what CISOs were thinking (but not saying) at that moment. Sparked a lively debate of CISOs vs. CMOs which was well worth my time & left me with some great ideas & new friends! I’ll be back in 2026!”
