Paul is an experienced operational risk manager with over 45 years experience across public and private sectors. He has held senior risk appointments with financial services, insurance and data provider firms. His prime responsibilities have covered technology and cyber risk. He has been a Chief Information Security Officer, has held second line roles as the Chief Technology and Cyber Risk Officer and was the Chief Risk Officer for Bloomberg LP.

A strategic thinker he has frequently been head hunted to establish first- and second-line technology and cyber risk functions. His prior appointments have been at UBS Investment Bank, Aviva plc, Bridgewater Associates, Bloomberg and Citi Group.

Prior to entering the private sector, Paul served in the Royal Air Force Police achieving the rank of Wing Commander. It was in the RAF that his training and experience in protective security and information security was first founded.

Paul brings a wide range of operational risk experience having developed first and second line teams to govern and oversee the approach necessary to managing the technology and cyber risks that companies face. He has had extensive experience of working with financial regulators and delivering comprehensive solutions to address the ever evolving yet sophisticated cyber threat.

In addition to his professional experience, he has been a keen advocate of diversity and inclusion in the work force, and has been instrumental in the development of good practices for employee network groups and policies to support LGBT employees.

He has served on the Boards of Trustees of Stonewall UK, and The Hetrick Martin Institute based in New York.

In 1995, Paul was honored by HM The Queen and appointed to The Order of the British Empire as a Member.

He is married and lives with his husband in Rancho Mirage, CA.

Mr. Ohanian is the Information Security Officer for Los Angeles (LA) County Department of Children and Family Services (DCFS), the largest child welfare institution in the nation. He has 20 years of experience in information technology, cybersecurity and defense strategies, risk management, forensics, privacy, compliance, cloud security, business continuity, and software engineering in the private and public sectors. Before DCFS, he served as the first Information Security and Privacy Officer at LA County Counsel. He established an Information Security and Privacy program and ensured compliance with legal mandates.

As a scholarly-practitioner, visionary, and innovative Information Security Officer, Mr. Ohanian has architected and implemented cybersecurity and privacy programs from the ground up, interwoven cybersecurity into the business culture, creating a security-conscious enterprise, and assertively achieved the organization’s mission of service excellence through outstanding leadership, governance, strategic planning, business acumen, and cost-saving transformation initiatives.

Mr. Ohanian is an active member of various Cybersecurity taskforce and workgroups, leads and oversees the Countywide Risk Management Cybersecurity Team responsible for developing and implementing administrative, technical, and tactical strategies to assess and reduce cybersecurity risks to County information assets.

Mr. Ohanian has been a keynote speaker and panel member in numerous private and public sector conferences. He is a Ph.D. Dissertation Committee Member for Cybersecurity using Artificial Intelligence at Center for Information Systems & Technology Claremont Graduate University.

Mr. Ohanian has a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science from Cal Poly Pomona (magna cum laude) and obtained his dual Master’s Degree in Cybersecurity and Business Administration at the University of Maryland (UMUC). He is currently pursuing a Ph.D. in Industrial/Organizational Psychology program.

 

Andreas Wuchner is an experienced and recognized senior executive leader with extensive international general management experience of global diversified businesses and a proven track record. He has held positions in Switzerland, Germany, USA, Australia and the United Kingdom.

Andreas served as General Manager (CIO), Chief Information Security Officer (CISO), Head IT Security & Operations, Head IT Risk Control and Head IT Risk Management / Governance & Compliance for several large scale and international organizations including Novartis Pharmaceuticals, UBS, Deutsche Bank, Credit Suisse and Hewlett Packard. He also served on company advisory and supervisory boards helping cyber start-up organizations with his experience in Strategic planning, go-to Market activities, financing advice for seed funding and round A to C plus product/service design.

As an Angel Investor Andreas invests in Cyber Security organizations where he then participates actively in the growth and future of the organization in scope. With more than 25 years of experience and knowledge in all aspects of Information Security, IT-Security & Information Risk management, Andreas supports clients all over the world with his own 2 companies. His special focus areas are within highly regulated environments such as life science and financial services.

Chase Richardson comes to the CISO 360 Americas conference from Houston, TX where he leads the US business of Bridewell, a global Cybersecurity consulting firm. He joined Bridewell last year to open its first US office in the US. Prior to Bridewell, Chase was one of the founding members of another Cybersecurity consulting firm in Houston where he grew the business from 5 employees doing risk assessments to 60 employees specializing in Cybersecurity Risk, Governance, and Compliance, Offensive Penetration Testing, Security Operations and Data Privacy. Chase has an MBA from Emory University in Atlanta, Georgia and is a Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) and Certified Information Privacy Professional (CIPP/US).

A French and Swiss citizen, Dimitri Chichlo started his career in Ukraine in 2004, then moved to Switzerland in 2009, working mainly for international financial institutions in the fields of operational risk and cybersecurity. In 2017, he completed an Executive MBA at INSEAD. In 2019, he joined the Supervisory board of Ukreximbank, the third largest and State-owned bank in Ukraine, as vice-chairman and chair of the Operations and Digital Committee. In 2020, he founded his consultancy practice in cybersecurity and digital transformation, AndSecure. Since February 24th, 2022, he is actively involved into providing humanitarian support to Ukraine. He currently lives in Geneva. JSC Ukreximbank is one of the three largest Ukrainian banks and the largest in the country’s network of correspondent banks. The National Bank of Ukraine classifies JSC Ukreximbank as a systemically important bank. The country (represented by the Cabinet of Ministers) owns the entire block of shares, which means that the bank is 100 percent state-owned.

 Eilam Levin is the VP of Sales at Bright Security, a fast growing application security company providing DAST security from build to compliance.
Eilam enjoys building and leading successful sales and business development teams and did so at a variety of software and security companies including McAfee, CA, Blazemeter, Rookout, and Enigma.
Eilam grew up in Israel and lived in the US over the past 24 years. In the interim he lived for 2 memorable years in Tokyo, Japan. Eilam loves to travel (over 80 countries and counting) and in his spare time enjoys scuba diving.

Experienced CSO/CISO with than 20 years experience in financial services. Has a strong side-interest in computer forensics and in the management of digital evidence. Graduated from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT) in 1987 where he studied Mathematics and Computer Science. He has since lived in three continents and has lectured globally on security technology issues. Since 1996 has been working in Security and Technology in Financial Services primarily in London.

Nick is an IT leader with experience in wide range of both technical and non-technical IT Silos. Specific areas of expertise include Enterprise Cyber Security, Medical Device Cyber Security, Secure SDLC, Risk Management, IT compliance activities (SOX 404, HIPPA, GDPR, etc), Enterprise IT service delivery, program management, physical and virtual infrastructure, networking, and SQL oriented databases (development, querying, and management).  Prior to his current role, Nick was Director, Global IT Services & Deputy Chief Information Security Officer with the Insulet Corporation and he was also a Teaching Fellow at Harvard University.

Patrick Kane is Senior Director Security for Atlas Air, a US airline conducting cargo and public/private passenger operations worldwide.  He is also the past Chair of the OSAC Aviation Security Working Group.  He has over 20 years working in private sector corporate security, most of that time focused on international operations and in particular, the protection of crewmembers and traveling staff.  Since 1996 Patrick has been a Certified Protection Professional (CPP) in good standing under the auspices of the American Society for Industrial Security (ASIS).  He received an International Executive MBA from Instituto de Empresa in Madrid, Spain in 2004.  He is also the author of the book Practical Security Training, as well as numerous articles and several security guides, and was a contributing author to the book Personal Security, written by Tanya Spencer.  Prior to entering the private sector, Patrick served as an infantry officer in the US Marine Corps.  He welcomes questions, comments and suggestions and can be reached at pkane@atlasair.com.

Paul Innella founded, financed, and built TDI into a world-class multi-million dollar profitable consulting firm, offering cybersecurity services to government agencies and commercial clients around the world. Paul has overseen cyber programs and managed security professionals in the United States, England, Bahrain, Singapore, Japan, and Guam. Since entering the cybersecurity space some 20 years ago, he has endeavored to improve the field through active participation in the cyber community at large, volunteering his time and resources, freely offering expertise via lectures and publications, and by building a company whose entire value system promotes cybersecurity advancement. After nearly two decades as CEO of a company renowned for service delivery excellence, Paul charted and executed a strategy for moving TDI from services only to R&D by leveraging clearly articulated intellectual property in the development of a SaaS solution and embarking on a journey to build a cybersecurity ecosystem. He is a CISSP who holds a B.S. in Computer Science from James Madison University and serves as a Board Member on the Children’s Hospital Foundation Board, James Madison University STEM Executive Advisory Council, and the WashingtonExec’s Cyber Council.

Dr. Robert Coles is an Honorary Professor at UCL and Visiting Professor at Royal Holloway, University of London. He holds a number of commercial board positions including Chair of the Crossword Consulting Ltd Board, Chair of the Crossword Cybersecurity PLC advisory board, member of the advisory boards for Think Cyber Ltd, UK bank, a US pharmaceutical and the Government of Singapore Ministry of Health and member of the Tech-Nation Cybersecurity judging panel. Robert has over 30 years of cybersecurity experience and has held a number of Chief Information Security Officer positions, including for the NHS and health and care system, GSK, National Grid and Merrill Lynch.  In all these roles, he owned the information security risk and was responsible for providing leadership across the organisations. He was accountable to the Executive and their Boards for establishing information security strategy and direction, building information security teams and delivering the information security change programme. Prior to these CISO roles, he held a number of “head of” roles at Royal Bank of Scotland, and was the first lead partner, and set up, KPMG’s Information Security Services for EMEA. Robert has extensive links with major industry information security networking groups and government security agencies.  He also has links with a number of universities and participates in leading edge research, particularly with Royal Holloway where he is an Executive Sponsor for the Institute of Information Security Innovation, and Cranfield University where he is an executive sponsor for the Cyber Masters Programme. He was awarded a PhD in psychology by the University of Leeds for his work on the perceptions of information and IT risk and has published and presented on this and other topics.

Dr Leivesley, newrisk.com  is an international communicator for media during events that are catastrophic in nature, including cyber, terrorism, natural disasters, infrastructure and nuclear war risks.  She has a breadth of experience on cyber security of the built environment and has served as a member of the Technical Committee advising on Code of Practice-Cyber Security in the Built Environment for the British IET.

She has experience in running disaster recovery units and leading reforms of government emergency and safety services.  Her prime focus is on the protection of life and critical infrastructure from extreme threats including cyber, terrorism and nuclear war.  

She has worked with global USA corporations on cyber and physical risk strategy for catastrophic incidents using exercises with Boards and facilitating executive meetings.  In 2021 she has presented to the Baker Institute, Rice University on vulnerabilities in the energy sector and nuclear conflict risks in the South and East China seas.  In 2015 she presented to the Electrical Infrastructure Security Council’s conference in the Capitol Building on Black Swan energy risks. Dr Leivesley has led many international science meetings on resilience, nuclear conflict mitigation, Covid-19 mitigation and planetary defence against hazardous near-earth objects

Dr Leivesley has been a commentator on many international television news outputs including BBC World Service describing live international and UK incidents and all major forms of threat – cyber, terrorism, aviation, Polonium-210 and Novichok poisonings, Chechen terrorist Beslan child hostages, security issue with Iran, DPRK, USA Presidential security, Covid-19, and unexplained incidents such as MH370 leading to media stories in all countries on novel concept of cyber hijack as new risk in civil aviation.

Dr Leivesley had Scientific Advisory training during the Cold War from the British Home Office to work on national survival from nuclear, chemical and biological weapons effects and held an appointment for operations in civilian nuclear bunkers.  She holds a PhD, London University on catastrophic risk across all industry sectors, awarded in field of Economics.  She is a specialist in CBRN for the British Register of Security Engineers and Specialists RSES, a Member for 25 years of the International Association of Bomb Technicians and Investigators (IABTI), a Member of the Royal United Services Institute for Defence Studies, and a Member of the Australian College of Education.

Will previously served as Managing Director at Forgepoint Capital. He started working with the Forgepoint Capital founding team at Trident Capital where he focused on venture and growth buyout transactions. He began his career in technology investment banking at Citi.

Will is a Co-Founder and President of the Security Tinkerers, a non-profit organization that brings together information security professionals to share learnings, provide mentorship, and generate opportunities for the security community and its next generation of leaders. He is a Visiting Fellow at the National Security Institute at George Mason University’s Antonin Scalia Law School. He also is a regular contributor to SecurityWeek, named a Venture Capital Journal Rising Star, recognized as a 40 Under 40 Honoree by Silicon Valley Business Journal and an avid connector in the cybersecurity entrepreneur, investor, and practitioner ecosystems.
Will holds a BA from the University of California, Berkeley, and found his calling at the intersection of IT and entrepreneurship after starting businesses to fund his degree. When not in the office, you’ll find Will on the hunt for up-and-coming restaurants or talking about startups at home with his VC spouse.
