Alexandra Bender is a business resilience leader at Hewlett Packard Enterprise (HPE), where she serves as Global Program Manager for Crisis Management. She leads the governance and global execution of HPE’s crisis management program across 56 countries, strengthening enterprise readiness through executive engagement, policy development, training, advisory support, and continuous improvement for country, corporate, and cyber crisis management teams.
Before joining HPE in 2021, Alexandra held crisis management and security leadership roles at DoorDash and Uber. Prior to transitioning into the technology sector, she worked in risk analysis and policy-focused roles bridging academia and the U.S. federal government. Alexandra holds a B.A. in International Relations and an M.A. in Asian Studies from Florida International University. Having grown up in Russia, Brazil, and South Florida, she brings a global perspective to her work. Alexandra speaks four languages, and enjoys hosting social gatherings, global travel, fine arts and hiking in her free time.

Ned is the founder of Niebla Partners, a boutique geopolitical and security risk consulting firm. Prior to launching the firm, he managed a globally dispersed strategic intelligence team in support of a major technology company engaged in the hyper-scaling of data centers and artificial intelligence. He also led global intelligence and security programs for Transocean, a world leader in offshore drilling. Previously, as Geopolitical Risk Manager at American Airlines, he designed and implemented the enterprise geopolitical risk and security intelligence program. A recognized industry leader, Ned has served in a variety of leadership positions within the U.S. Department of State’s Overseas Security Advisory Council (OSAC). His foundational career includes experience at Shell, the Inter-American Development Bank, the U.S. Congress, and Morgan Stanley. Ned received his B.A. in Political Science from McGill University in Montreal and his M.A. in International Affairs from American University in Washington, D.C., complemented by studies at the Universidad de Salamanca in Spain. He is fluent in Spanish, proficient in French, and has traveled to over 100 countries.
