Cybersecurity as a Business Enabler: Securing Innovation, Building Resilience
2nd CSO 360 Middle East

Corporate Security, Intelligence, Investigations: Protecting People, Profits, Property, Reputation
Gulf, Türkiye and the wider EMEA field, in one room.
The CISO 360 and CSO 360 conferences run side by side, a format we have taken across Asia and Oceania, the Americas and now bring to Istanbul. This year, CISOs and cybersecurity practitioners meet CISOs, Chief Security Officers, cybersecurity, corporate security, intelligence and investigations leaders from across the GCC, the wider Middle East, Türkiye and the broader EMEA field, for practical discussion of business risk and resilience. Hosting the 2026 edition in Istanbul this year keeps the region at the centre while widening the room.
Two conferences, together yet apart
We hold the cross-pollination between cyber, physical, resilience, intelligence and investigations to be valuable, while respecting what is distinct about each discipline. Delegates move freely between the two tracks.
CISO 360: cybersecurity, information security, technology risk
CSO 360: corporate security, geopolitical risk, intelligence, investigations
What participants take away
You will sit with peers carrying similar risks and constraints, see how they are structuring teams and making the case internally, and you will benchmark your own position against theirs. Sessions are built around real case stories rather than slides, with immersive roundtables and one-to-one meetings – at our Global Congress in Lisbon this June we delivered 270% one-to-one meetings across ten sponsors, and we hold ourselves to the same standard here. Moving between the two tracks is where the 360 view comes from: ransomware, crypto security, IoT and OT, robotics and supply chain risk on one side; geopolitics, travel risk and insider threat on the other. We also programme deliberately outside the security echo chamber, with business executives and risk managers who see these problems from the other side of the table.
Mentor. Mentee. Be Both.
In addition to our Innovation hub meetings with technology and due diligence partners, peer-to-peer mentor-mentee circles run across both events, through the CISO + CSO 360 Circle. The premise is that every security leader in the room has something to teach and something to learn, often at the same time. Participants are matched in advance on what they want to give and what they want to work through.
Themes for 2026
Leadership, mission and purpose. Artificial intelligence (the good, the bad, the complicated), machine learning and quantum computing. Crypto security. Digital innovation and cyber crime. Governance and security awareness. Insider risk and physical security. Geopolitics, executive protection and travel risk.
Why Istanbul this year
This is the seventh edition of CISO 360 Middle East and the second of CSO 360 Middle East. Dubai is the home of this event, and that has not changed. Our decision to host in Istanbul this year is about timing. With no firm view on when full aviation schedules resume, we faced a real risk that part of our international sponsors and community would be unable to travel and we believe that our sponsors, delegates and speakers all deserve as much notice as we can give them. Istanbul is not a fallback. It is a city the Gulf, Türkiye, Africa and the wider EMEA field can all reach easily. Türkiye has a substantial security leadership community, and we have successfully convened there before. The GCC community remains very much at the centre and we remain committed to confirming additional dates in Dubai.
